At WNABeauty, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The wrong item was sent
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Products with broken seals (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to improper storage or misuse
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Return Process

- Approval: We will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days
- Ship Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to our address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
- Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- Refund: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days
Refund Options
- Full Refund: For defective items or wrong items sent
- Store Credit: Available for change of mind returns (minus shipping costs)
- Exchange: We can exchange for a different item of equal or greater value
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- Keep all original packaging
- We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
